About The Role
These are exciting times for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Operations as we continue to play a pivotal role in the delivery of IELTS testing globally, whilst we maintain IELTS operational delivery as well as support a large program of product and technology change.
We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Support Manager. You will thrive in this changing environment, be motivated by delivering excellent customer service and will enjoy being part of a high performing team.
This role, within the IELTS Operations team, encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Manage key parts of the IELTS test processing cycle, ensuring your team completes a variety of business critical and strategic activities.
- Manage an agreed set of operational and compliance processes and procedures including:
- Access Arrangements
- Post Exam Results and client data and process management
- Post exam product transition to modernised systems
- Manage the development and maintenance of a culture of systematic process review.
- Contribute to the management of IELTS Operations at multiple levels and in different forums.
- Represent Cambridge at IELTS cross partner meetings.
- Contribute to new developments and the delivery of new products and services as required.
- Line or task management responsibilities – supporting Senior Operations Administrators and Operations Administrators.
- Build successful working relationships with partners and stakeholders both internally and externally.
About You
You will have experience of working collaboratively in a busy office environment and working under pressure to demanding deadlines. Ideally you will also have experience of supporting on strategic projects and systems developments.
As our next Operations Support Manager, you will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Accuracy and attention to detail, plus experience of providing a high level of customer service and stakeholder management is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work to achieve multiple tight deadlines are also fundamental attributes for this position.
