South Staffordshire College is looking to employ a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic full-time Brick Work Lecturer; this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this successful team.
Successful applicants must have relevant vocational experience and demonstrate their ability to be able to teach across a range of Construction subjects to Level 3 but specialising in Brickwork; support high quality delivery in all aspects of our provision within the remit of the area of learning, to support learners through appropriate induction, personal support and to undertake initial assessments as required by our college policies and procedures. In addition, you will be required to prepare teaching and learning programmes to a high standard using appropriate individual and group techniques, including the effective use of e-learning activities and materials, which encourage active participation in learning.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a professional teaching qualification and have delivery experience and a passion for delivering innovative, interactive sessions as well as providing support, inspiration, and guidance to our learners. In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
