As a natural leader, you will coach and support your teams to meet the needs of our customers and achieve positive outcomes. You will be commercially astute and able to manage multiple priorities as well as being responsive to the needs of your team and the wider organisation.
This is your chance to shine and to further develop the Midlands and East region for Care and Support.
