Job Type: Full-time, Remote/Hybrid. The position is remote, and the candidate will be required to travel to London at least 6 times a year for operational meetings, training sessions, and company events. Travel expenses to London will be fully reimbursed.
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per year, based on experience. (Candidates with extensive experience in selling within the apprenticeship or training sector may be offered a higher salary).
Commission: Uncapped commission on all apprenticeship starts upon achieving the monthly target.

Role Overview:
As a member of the Enterprise team, you will work alongside a cohesive group of six experienced Business Development Managers.
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify new opportunities with enterprise, levy-paying clients through thorough, data-driven market research. The team employs diverse outreach strategies, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing initiatives to effectively engage potential clients.
Due to the longer and more intricate sales cycles typical of enterprise accounts, you will need to strategically prepare, research, and design outreach campaigns targeting key stakeholders such as HR Directors, L&D Directors, Chief People Officers, and other senior decision-makers. Success relies on your organization, persistence, and ability to foster meaningful, long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across large organizations.
