Role Description
This contract position is for a Hospitality Lecturer based on-site in Edinburgh. The role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive hospitality-related lectures, crafting course material, assessing students' performance, and staying updated with industry trends. The Lecturer will also mentor students and collaborate with the team to enhance course offerings, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Planning, and related subjectsStrong communication, teaching, and presentation skillsCurriculum development, educational facilitation, and student mentorship experienceKnowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practicesProficiency in planning and organizing instructional materialsCommitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environmentBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; a higher degree is a plusExperience working in the hospitality industry or education sector is highly desirable
