We're looking for an engaging and motivational Skills Coach to support apprentices studying Project Management programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a project management expert who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing talent while making a real impact on learner success and employer outcomes.

In this role you will...
Coach and motivate learners to achieve their apprenticeship goals
Deliver engaging and learner-focused coaching sessions
Conduct progress reviews and set SMART development targets
Provide constructive and developmental feedback
Help learners apply project management learning in the workplace
Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate learner records and compliance standards
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, equality and inclusion throughout the learner journey

What we are looking for:
Professional experience within Project Management
A vocational qualification relevant to Project Management
. Teaching, coaching or mentoring experience
Level 3 Award in Education & Training
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to inspire, motivate and support learners
Experience using digital tools and technology to support learning
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Experience managing learner caseloads
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and End Point Assessment
Understanding of safeguarding, Prevent and Equality & Diversity practices

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring learners remain engaged, on track and progressing throughout their apprenticeship journey. Key success measures include learner progression, timely feedback, learner satisfaction and achievement outcomes.
