We are looking for Casual Trainers to deliver First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal training in the Leicester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise and make a real impact by giving learners the confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations.

About the Role:

As a Casual Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to professionals from various industries, including healthcare, utilities, and public services. More than just teaching skills, you’ll be empowering people to make a difference in their workplaces and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver First Aid at Work (1-day courses) and Fire Marshal training (half-day courses) using a structured curriculum.
Create an interactive and engaging learning environment with hands-on training.
Ensure all training meets required standards and aligns with the organisation’s training approach.
Conduct dynamic risk assessments at training venues.
Complete all necessary documentation and assessments accurately..

What you will need:

Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent (e.g. AET, PTLLS).
Assessing qualification (Assessing vocationally related assessments – AVRA) or equivalent (e.g. AVRA, CAVA, ACWE, A1 D32/33).
Proven experience delivering First Aid and/or Health & Safety training.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to training venues.
Ability to perform CPR on a manikin on the floor.
