Expression of Interest: Freelance Trainer
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Freelance Trainers who would like to work with us on future projects.
Our projects involve working with leading UK and international retailers, delivering high-quality training programs across areas such as leadership, behavioural, customer service, and operations. We value trainers who can deliver engaging sessions, maintain consistency, and create a lasting impact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, facilitate, and deliver training programs for our client and their employees onsite at our client’s premises
- Provide on the job training and coaching in Leadership, behaviour, customer service, soft skills and operational training
- Provide exceptional support to our clients and their employees
- Equip clients on best practice to ensure that customers get the best experience from their checkout ecosystem
- Instil a customer-centric service methodology
- Run training programs for small groups as well as 1 on 1 sessions
- Administer training materials and reporting
- Be able to work on weekends and late nights if required
- Liaise with key stakeholders

Education and experience
- Experience in a similar role working with mainstream supermarkets is ideal
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is ideal but not required
