What You’ll Be Doing
We are recruiting for both our Enterprise and SME Business Development teams. While the markets differ, the core of the role is the same: building meaningful relationships and helping clients choose the right apprenticeship solutions.
You will:
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
Use a blend of cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and marketing-supported outreach
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, from HR and L&D leaders to C-suite executives
Tailor your approach to different industries and organisational needs
Manage a consultative sales process from first contact to enrolment
Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
Enterprise BDMs typically work with larger, levy-paying organisations and longer sales cycles. SME BDMs work in a fast-paced environment with diverse, high-volume opportunities. We will consider candidates for both teams based on strengths and experience.
