Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:- At least 2 years experience as an IT Trainer
- Extensive experience with Azure and SharePoint technologies
- Previous e-learning experience (via presentations, teams/audio calls)
- Familiarity with legal software systems and experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, user-friendly language
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is very desirable
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and one-to-one training sessions to staff at all levels
- Create clear, user-friendly training materials, guides, and eLearning content
- Support global technology rollouts, including Microsoft 365, document management systems, case management tools, and legal-specific applications
- Conduct training needs analysis and tailor sessions to user requirements
- Champion best practice and act as a trusted adviser on digital capability
- Work cross-functionally with IT Support, Projects, and L&D to maintain a consistent global training approach
