Position: Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer
MIS Officer I'm currently supporting a fantastic client who are looking to bring on board an experienced MIS Officer to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience in apprenticeship data, compliance, and MIS systems to take on a pivotal role with real impact on funding, reporting, and learner success. What you'll be doing:
Managing WBL and subcontractor enrolments, ensuring accurate and timely processing Working closely with Exams and Apprenticeship teams to coordinate registration and scheduling Reviewing DAS reports and resolving data errors across DAS and ILR systems Producing and analysing WBL census data to support performance and achievement predictions Supporting data compliance in line with ESFA funding rules and audit requirements Acting as a key point of contact for data, reporting, and compliance queries

What we're looking for:

Experience with in apprenticeships, WBL, or further education Strong knowledge of ILR, ESFA funding rules, and compliance Experience using MIS systems and DAS Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong Excel and reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking college group and play a key role in supporting high-quality apprenticeship provision.
