JB495: Multi-Skilled Assessor
Location: Barton-upon-Humber
Salary: £39,328 - £40,990 per annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Multi-Skilled Assessor:
- Responsible for visiting apprentices in the workplace to assess progress against apprenticeship standards.
- Covering the Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe areas.
- Conduct regular on-site assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure apprentices are meeting required competencies and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their development.
- Work closely with employers to monitor progress and performance.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and developing young people.
Skills and Qualifications for the Multi-Skilled Assessor:
- Relevant trade qualifications are essential.
- Assessor and IQA qualifications are desirable but not essential as full support will be given in the development of necessary skills.
- A full driving license and use of own vehicle
Benefits for the Multi-Skilled Assessor:
- 42 days annual leave (including bank holidays). We ask that all staff save 7 days to take during the Christmas shut down between Christmas and New Year. Holidays can be requested at any other time of the year (we do not work school term times).
- Our working hours are: Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 4:15 and Friday 8:00 – 4:00.
