Role DescriptionThis is a freelance remote role for a Trainer/Instructor. The Trainer will deliver professional training sessions in their respective fields of expertise, which could be Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, First Aid, and/or Leadership and Management. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging training programs, customising content to meet client needs, assessing participant progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and Aintree Training Course Specifications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, First Aid, or Leadership and Management training (in accordance with your specialist field of expertise)
- Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in designing and delivering customized training content
- Assessment, evaluation, and constructive feedback skills
- Strong organization, time management, and remote communication abilities
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and the specific fields of Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, or First Aid (that you propose to teach) are essential
- A passion for education and a commitment to professional development
