Alongside teaching, you will contribute to applied research and knowledge exchange, secure external funding, and act as a Faculty ambassador, helping to grow the Faculty’s reputation, digital capability and regional and national impact.

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry and professional bodies to enhance curriculum relevance, accreditation, consultancy and student employability.
- Champion innovative, practice-based pedagogy by embedding industry-standard tools, platforms, development environments and analytics tools across programmes.
- Contribute to curriculum development aligned to regional labour-market needs, digital skills demand and emerging technologies.
- Provide academic leadership in computer science research and knowledge exchange, securing funding and delivering projects aligned with Faculty and regional priorities.

You hold a postgraduate or Master’s degree in a relevant subject area, with a PhD/Doctorate and a higher-education teaching qualification or professional recognition (such as PG Cert or HEA Fellowship) being desirable.
