At ACT, we’re looking for a Digital Trainer–Assessor who can turn real-world digital experience into engaging learning that builds confidence and capability.

💡 What you’ll be doing:
• Deliver engaging digital workshops (3 days per week)
• Support and assess learners (2 days caseload management)
• Design and improve learning content
• Guide learners from start to completion
• Work to high-quality standards (Welsh Government / Estyn)
👀 What we’re looking for:
• Strong digital/IT skills (real-world experience)
• Confident communicator and coach
• Organised, adaptable, and learner-focused
• Experience in training, mentoring or supporting others
• Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)

💬 Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential.
💰 Additional salary uplift:
• Level 4+ digital qualification: +£1,000
• Level 7+ digital qualification: +£2,000
