What you'll do
As part of our Talent and Resource Development team, you’ll help us create and deliver high quality bespoke training for our colleagues via a range of different ways, including videos, podcasts and e-learning.
• You'll need to be comfortable delivering training virtually and in person
• You'll deliver our statutory and mandatory training program and organisation induction for all areas of the business.
• You'll be expected to regularly evaluate our training and make necessary changes to ensure the training remains engaging and fit for purpose.
• You'll work with the L&D team and managers throughout the business to undertake Training Needs Analysis to ensure that all regulatory, mandatory and developmental requirements in each area of the organisation are completed.
• You’ll contribute to development programmes (leadership, apprenticeships, placements).
• You’ll promote digital learning and support colleagues’ digital skills.
• You’llmaintainaccurate training records with the L&D team.
What you'll need
• Experience in the design and delivery of virtual and face to face training material and event facilitation utilising blended learning solutions delivering digital skills training.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent digital skills including the use of Microsoft applications such as Teams for learning purposes
• Experience of working with a Learning Management System
• Experience of leadership skills training and apprenticeship programmes will be desirable
A valid UK driving licence and the use of a vehicle is essential for this role.
