Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Educational Technology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Design, develop, and review course materials and curricula incorporating innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies. Conduct independent and collaborative research in Educational Technology, leading to high-impact publications. Supervise and mentor Master's and PhD students on their research projects. Secure external research funding through grant applications. Contribute to the academic leadership and strategic planning of the department. Engage in knowledge exchange activities with schools, industry, and other relevant organisations. Foster a collaborative research environment and supervise post-doctoral researchers. Contribute to university committees and administrative tasks as required. Promote best practices in the use of technology for teaching and learning. Qualifications: PhD in Education, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field. A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Demonstrable experience in teaching and curriculum development in higher education. Proven ability to secure research grants and manage research projects.
