Salary: £24,000 - 44,000 per year
Requirements:
• Qualified Health and Social Care Internal Quality Assurer (Level 5)
• Passion for supporting others in delivering high-quality Health and Social Care Apprenticeships
• Relevant experience in the field of Health and Social Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and guide trainees effectively
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of Health and Social Care Apprenticeships
• Support trainers and learners throughout the apprenticeship process
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Collaborate with the team to develop and improve apprenticeship programs
