We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our HR team.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay:
* £42,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* £6,924 annual car allowance

The Role
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will oversee all UK training activity and empower colleagues with the skills and knowledge they need to excel and contribute to workforce performance and organisational success.
Fundamental to this role will be the requirement to ensure our learning activity is rooted in our leadership principles. You will be responsible for the review, design and delivery of training solutions through a variety of methods, ensuring practicality, accessibility and alignment to current and future organisational needs. You will actively promote the development of apprenticeship opportunities to encourage upskilling of all colleagues.
This is a role that requires you to contribute to and coordinate the UK training calendar to both ensure all management and operational training needs are met, whilst supporting with wider Group mandatory training requirements and initiatives, along with regularly reviewing and updating UK content as necessary for our digital platform.

About You
You’re a confident individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, easily adapting your language and training style to suit your audience.
You will be competent in the use of IT systems, have experience in using e-learning platforms, evaluating learning initiatives and producing statistical data and reports. Experience of levy funded training and apprenticeships will set you apart.
It is imperative that you hold a CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent), in conjunction with experience in a similar role.
