Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as a key point of contact within the Talent Development team for all stakeholders.
- Supporting collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to identify current and future skills needs.
- Designing and delivering impactful training and development solutions for staff and managers, aligned with individual and organisational priorities.
- Ensuring all learning events are timely, focused, relevant, and offer value for money.
- Managing core talent development administration and coordination responsibilities to deliver excellent service across all activities.
- Supporting the delivery of the people strategy, group business plans, and individual objectives through all interventions.
- Assisting the Lead Talent Development Business Partner in rolling out a company-wide Talent Development plan that drives high performance and talent density.
- Serving as the first point of contact for all general Talent Development queries.
- Facilitating and organising the induction programme, including e-learning administration, under the guidance of the Lead Talent Development Business Partner and Head of People Experience.
- Co-delivering the induction programme to create a positive experience for all new joiners.
- Coordinating and managing graduate training schemes and apprenticeship programmes, with opportunities to deliver selected modules.
- Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team to implement the Professional Map and its associated elements.
About You
Our ideal Talent Development Advisor will have:
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
- A strong background in a broad learning and development advisory role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to internal audiences at all levels, from entry-level employees to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in developing e-learning courses and materials, with knowledge of managing a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
- Confidence in delivering high-quality training and development solutions tailored to diverse needs.
