About Us
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Apprenticeship & Learner Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to supporting apprentices and learners throughout their journey, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and on track to succeed.
You will work closely with nursery teams, internal stakeholders, and external training providers to create a positive and supportive learning experience - identifying challenges early and helping learners overcome them.

What you will be doing
- Act as a key point of contact for apprentices and learners, providing regular check-ins and support
- Monitor engagement, attendance, and progress, identifying early signs of disengagement
- Coordinate timely interventions with nursery teams, HR, and training providers
- Build strong relationships with learners to understand and overcome barriers
- Manage onboarding, agreements, and learner administration throughout the lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems in line with funding and compliance requirements
- Liaise with training providers and internal teams to ensure smooth learner progress
- Support and coordinate learner engagement and retention initiatives
- Track budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities
- Celebrate learner achievements and milestones across the organisation
- Produce regular reports on learner progress and retention trends
- Support apprenticeship attraction activities, including occasional events

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Ability to monitor progress and take proactive action
- Experience supporting individuals in a learning or development environment
- Confidence working with data, reporting, and tracking systems
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
