We are currently seeking a Public Services Uniformed Lecturer to join our team at a further education college in North London. This role involves delivering educational content across Levels 1 to 3 in Uniformed Services. The position is ideal for a dedicated educator with a passion for public services and a commitment to student development.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Uniformed Services to students at Levels 1 to 3.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum and student needs.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and participate in professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and health and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must possess a recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching Public Services or related fields at further education level.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
