Whereyou’llwork
This is an office‑based apprenticeship with 4 days a week in our Hammersmith (London) office and 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- Have achieved, or are on track to achieve, two Cs or above at A Level (or equivalent)
- Have 5 GCSEs (grade 4–9) including Maths and English
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can start in early September 2026

About the Apprenticeship
As a Market Research Apprentice, youwillhelp us understand ourconsumersand what they love, turninginsightsinto stories the business can use to make decisions.Bysubmittingyour application for this opportunity, you will be considered for a positioninone of the following teams:
1) Media Networks
2) Brand & Franchise Management

Media Networks
If you love TV,streaming,and keeping up with audience trends,theMedia NetworksTeamcould be your best fit. Join the team that builds an understanding of Disney’s TV channel audiences, such as Disney Channel, National Geographic, STAR, ESPN, acrosstheEurope, MiddleEastand Africa (EMEA).
In this team, you willbe responsible for:
- Looking at what audiences are watching on TV, video and streaming by understanding audience data and viewership patterns.
- Assistingwith survey set-up, collating feedback, and building reports to share actionable insights.
- Keepingup to date with the competitive environment and market landscape, particularly in areas thatimpactthe kids, general entertainment, factual (documentaries), and sport viewing environment.
- Creatingpresentations which will be used toshare research insightsto the relevant teams such as programming and marketing.
Brand & Franchise Management
If you love Disney’s brands andfranchises andarecurious to dive deeper into how fans and families connect with them,a role inthe Brand & Franchise Management Research Teamwould be an excellent opportunityfor you.
You will support the Research Managerin the development, delivery, and analysis of research projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliveringinsightson brand health and character engagementacross Europe, the Middle East andAfrica (EMEA)forour key brands;Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, NationalGeographicand Pixar
- Using historical and trendeddatatoidentifygrowthopportunitiesacrossthe businessincludingMarketing,Studios, Consumer Products, Disney+and General Entertainment
- Collaboratingwith our Marketingteams to understandcampaignperformanceand help improve future activity
- Keepingup to datewith market trends and competitor activity,especiallyin areasinfluencingfamilies, general entertainment, and the retail landscape

The Selection Process & Key Dates
- Application deadline:Midnight onThursday 5th March
- Online skills-based assessment:Oncewe have reviewed your application, you will be invited to complete a skills-based online assessment stage to understand more about you and what you can bring to the role. You will be given a week to complete this.
- Motivational Interview (20–30 mins via Teams):Taking place between mid-March and early April.
- Assessment Day (at our office in Hammersmith):Likely to take place in early April and will include an interview, an immersive job‑relevanttaskand a collaborative group activity. The interview and assessment activities are designed to be friendly, supportive, and accessible for people with no prior experience.
- Offer & Onboarding:The Apprenticeship starts in early September.
