About EzyEdTech
EzyEdTech provides GCSE and A-Level digital courses, including video lessons, quizzes, exam practice, and progress tracking, for students and schools. Our coaching programme supports learners to stay consistent, build exam confidence, and use the platform effectively to achieve strong outcomes.
Role summary
You will coach a small caseload of students (typically 10–25) enrolled on our Gold Membership. This role is not full tutoring; it is structured academic guidance focused on goal-setting, accountability, study planning, and progress feedback. You will help students stay on track and make the most of our lessons, assessments, and exam-practice resources already provided on ezyeducationc.co.uk
Key responsibilities
As a Online Learning Coach, you will support students to stay motivated, organised, and progressing confidently in their studies. Your responsibilities will include:
· Delivering focused and supportive 1:1 and small group online coaching sessions that maximise learning in a time-efficient way
· Creating and monitoring weekly personalised study plans using EZY Edtech platform
· Providing clear, actionable feedback on quizzes and assessments, highlighting next steps without overloading students
· Sending weekly progress updates and reminders to students and parents using approved templates
· Proactively identifying students at risk (low engagement, missed work, or safeguarding concerns) and escalating issues promptly
· Maintaining accurate session notes, attendance records, and action points in our coach tracker (Google Sheets/CRM)
· Working closely with EzyEdTech teachers and content teams to highlight common misconceptions and improve learning resources
Essential requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
· Experience supporting GCSE/A-Level students through teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or similar roles.
· Strong organisational and communication skills, able to be clear, kind, and firm when needed.
· Confidence with online tools, including Google Workspace, video calls, and spreadsheets.
· Ability to motivate students while maintaining professional boundaries.
Desirable
· Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant degree.
· Experience with exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) and exam technique coaching.
· Experience supporting neurodiverse learners with appropriate strategies (within safeguarding boundaries).
What success looks like (first 4–8 weeks)
· Student engagement: Students consistently complete their weekly study plans, and platform activity shows measurable progress.
· Student understanding: Students can articulate what they are studying, why it matters, and track progress against their targets.
· Clear communication: Parents and students receive regular, concise updates and feel supported throughout the programme.
· Organised administration: Session notes, attendance, and tracker updates are completed within 24 hours.
How to apply
· Send a CV and a short paragraph covering your coaching experience and availability.
· Short online interview + a 10-minute mock coaching scenario.
· References and DBS checks before onboarding.
