About the Role:
- The Assistant Principal - Student Experience at Writtle College plays a pivotal role in enhancing the personal development, behaviour, and attitudes of students, leading the FE Student Induction process, overseeing the learning support team, and ensuring compliance with examination access arrangements and Education Healthcare Plans. The role also includes managing the Work Experience Team, promoting the college to prospective students, and leading on safeguarding as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
