You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our apprenticeship programs, from recruitment and onboarding of apprentices to ensuring program quality, success, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all apprentices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and training providers. Ensure that apprenticeship programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor apprentice progress, provide support, and address any challenges or concerns. Coordinate with internal mentors and managers to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Develop and implement program evaluation metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Manage program budgets and administrative tasks efficiently. Organize virtual workshops, training sessions, and networking events for apprentices. Promote the apprenticeship program internally and externally. Stay updated on best practices in apprenticeship development and remote learning.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programs or similar vocational training initiatives. Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and qualification requirements. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with apprentices, educators, and employers. Proficiency in using online learning platforms and HRIS systems. A passion for talent development and creating inclusive learning opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage a remote team effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity.
