Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Apprenticeship Programme Manager to lead and develop their high-calibre apprenticeship initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of apprenticeship programmes, from curriculum design and partner liaison to recruitment, ongoing support, and success monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive apprenticeship programmes across multiple disciplines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and awarding bodies. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apprentices, ensuring alignment with business needs. Create and update apprenticeship curricula, training materials, and assessment frameworks. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to apprentices throughout their journey. Monitor apprentice progress, identify areas for development, and implement support strategies. Ensure all programmes comply with national apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and tailor programmes accordingly. Manage budgets and resources effectively for all apprenticeship initiatives. Gather feedback and data to evaluate programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Organise and facilitate virtual workshops, assessment centres, and review meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Significant experience (5+ years) in programme management, L&D, or apprenticeships. In-depth knowledge of the UK apprenticeship framework, funding rules, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes and materials. Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders remotely. Experience with virtual learning platforms and remote collaboration tools is essential. A passion for fostering talent development and creating positive learning experiences. CIPD qualification or equivalent L&D certification is advantageous.
