Access Creative College is on the lookout for a Programme Leader to join our London Curriculum Team. This is a vital role at the heart of our learner experience — leading student cohorts and driving outcomes while delivering high-quality education in a creative and forward-thinking environment.

What You\'ll Do
- Support the Assistant Head with quality functions; such as walkthroughs and IV.
- Plan and deliver effective, well-structured course progress sessions.
- Support individual students through impactful 1:1 progress reviews, helping them build strong knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Deliver inspiring lessons with a proportional teaching caseload; which is on average 14 hours per week.
- Carry out fair and timely assessment in line with awarding body requirements
- Maintain accurate course documentation and learner records in line with quality assurance procedures.
- As directed by your Assistant Head lead on the delivery of a meaningful enrichment and cross-curricular activities.
- Ability to work with and draw on the strengths of their curriculum pathway team to deliver strong outcomes for the provision, including enrichment and cross-curricular activities.
- Work closely with the ALS team to support students with SEND or those at risk.
- Ensure effective and consistent parental engagement.
- The timely management of student reporting and parent meetings.
- Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and internal quality processes.
