Job Description:We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify training needs and design effective programmes.
- Implement and maintain an engaging company-wide learning platform.
- Manage induction and post-induction training for new employees.
- Support training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored development plans.
- Lead and support a small training team.
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
- Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, digital learning experience.
- Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for development.
- Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D ideas.
- Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus.
