At Nescot, we are recruiting for a self-motivated, organised assessor with excellent communication skills for our Hairdressing Apprenticeships.
What we are looking for:
Qualified Hairdresser to a recognised qualificationRelevant experience of working within the industryAn Assessor Award qualification (A1) or equivalent or a willingness to obtain if not already achieved.
Duties/responsibilities:
Train and assess apprentices on Hairdressing Professional apprenticeship programmesEnsure that associated tracking and monitoring activities are undertaken and meet College and Awarding Body criteriaComplete administrative tasks associated with the role

Nescot is graded Good by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023.

The report recognises that students enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed, and benefit from highly supportive relationships with staff.
