We're looking for an inspirational, creative hairdresser who wants to help train the next generation of hairdressers.

The opportunity is for a part time Academy Hairdressing Training Coordinator,based in our Maidstone Academy,Kent

You'll be delivering quality work based apprenticeship training to our apprentices aiming to be industry-leading hairdressers.

You'll also support them with functional skills, reviews and assessments helping them build an outstanding career.

This is an amazing opportunity to join the UK’s Hair and Beauty Apprenticeship Training Provider of the year, home to Educator of the Year and Apprentice of the Year 2023 and one of the only providers to be awarded consecutive Outstanding ratings from OFSTED.

Requirements:

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing
Assessing/teaching qualifications and previous experience of working with apprentices are an advantage, but not essential.Full training is provided!
Enthusiasm and dedication are a must! You're supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential!
