We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Business & Management to join our friendly Business, Leisure & Tourism team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a brilliant student experience for learners across a range of Business and Management courses with a focus on developing learners ready for their next steps and in turn achievement of their qualifications.

As a Lecturer in Business & Management, you will teach across a range of courses in the Business and Management provision and, as part of a team of specialists, contribute to the development and organisation of the curriculum.

We are seeking a committed and experienced individual with enthusiasm for teaching and learning. The successful applicant will be professional with high standards and fully committed to ensuring our students achieve their full potential, helping them along their learner journey.

As a Lecturer in Business & Management, you should:

Hold a degree or equivalent in BusinessHold GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 in Maths and English or level 2 equivalentExperience of working with 16–18-year-olds, ideally in a teaching capacityExperience as a teacher/lecturer in Business or a similar qualification
