FIND is a specialist staffing business serving the Skills, Learning, and Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are representing a growing Ofsted Grade 2 apprenticeship training provider who is searching for a Business Services Apprenticeship Tutor.
Role: Business Services Apprenticeship Tutor
Location: Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, with the majority of delivery conducted remotely
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Delivering Apprenticeship Qualifications in: Customer Service Level 2 & 3, Business Administration Level 3, and Team Leader apprenticeships
Qualifications Required: Qualified assessor (CAVA, D32/33, A1, or equivalent)
Main Description: Due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate Apprenticeship Tutor (internally called Learner Skills Coach) on a full-time basis to support the delivery of the Customer Service, Business Administration, and Team Leader apprenticeship standards within our new Business 360 initiative.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- The effective delivery of Customer Service, Business Administration, and Team Leader apprenticeship standards through a blend of delivery styles including face-to-face, remote, and workshops
- Ownership of a caseload of approximately 40 - 45 learners
- Supporting learners from initial enquiry through to End Point Assessment
This role may require occasional travel to meet the needs of learners; however, most of the role can be conducted remotely.
An ideal candidate would have demonstrable, practical experience of working within a management, senior administration, and/or senior customer service role to aid impactful and engaging delivery.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a suitable role (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of working to KPIs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Ability to present information clearly to different audiences
- Hold, or be prepared to work towards, an Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Some flexibility to liaise with learners outside of ‘usual’ work hours
