Established in 2017, School of Coding & AI has rapidly ascended to become the UK’s largest and most decorated institution in Coding and Computer Science. Each month, we empower thousands of children and adults, collaborating with over 150 schools, colleges and businesses nationwide to deliver comprehensive courses in STEM, Coding, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Studies.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
· Curriculum Mastery: Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and seminars in Marketing, ensuring content is current, industry-relevant and aligned with academic and professional learning outcomes.
· Course Development & Enhancement: Continuously review and enhance teaching materials, learning resources and curriculum content to reflect emerging trends in digital marketing, consumer behaviour, branding and strategic communication.
· Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct student assessments in line with institutional policies, providing timely, constructive feedback that supports academic progression and real-world application.
· Professional Development: Stay current with developments in marketing theory and practice, including advancements in digital tools, analytics, and market research to ensure your teaching reflects contemporary industry standards.
· Supportive Mentorship: Enhance the student experience through academic advising, personal tutoring and providing meaningful support both in and outside the classroom to foster student success.
· Inclusive Learning Environment: Create a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported, respecte, and motivated to achieve their academic and professional goals.
· Collaboration & Communication: Engage with colleagues, marketing professionals and external stakeholders to align course content with industry needs and provide students with real-world insights.
· Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collegial and forward-thinking academic team, sharing best practices and supporting departmental goals to enhance student outcomes and curriculum quality.
· Adaptability & Innovation: Embrace new responsibilities, curriculum updates and innovative teaching methods—including the integration of technology and experiential learning—to keep pace with the evolving marketing landscape.
· Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional duties related to the role as required, supporting the department’s overall strategy and objectives.
WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?
· Minimum of 1 years teaching experience in HE.
· First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
· Masters degree and/or PHD in Digital Marketing or related discipline.
· A Higher Education teaching qualifications (or willingness to work towards)
