Reporting to the Director of Faculty, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:Enforcing standards of preparation, delivery, and assessment to enhance the learning experience for all students. Setting clear objectives and driving performance improvements through regular monitoring and feedback sessions.Creating a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of both students and local employers, fostering opportunities for progression. Championing innovation and best practices in teaching and learning methodologies.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance the student journey.Monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement. We are looking for candidates who possess: A degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with a teaching/assessment qualification.
