About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales department. This role offers significant growth potential and a meritocratic environment where your contributions will be recognized and rewarded.
Your primary responsibilities will include targeting potential customers (inbound and outbound), generating and qualifying new opportunities, and scheduling appointments with key school decision-makers. This is focused principally on the UK education sector, although there are increasing opportunities with British international schools. Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in EdTech, particularly in the wellbeing space, will also be a key part of your role.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a self-motivated, highly driven sales professional with strong communication skills and experience in selling to the education sector. You should be confident in engaging with educators at varying levels of seniority and possess a consultative sales style that enables you to build meaningful relationships with potential customers. If you're highly organised, a team player, comfortable working towards sales targets, and passionate about what we do, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience
Ideally, we are looking for experienced salespeople, with at least 2 years of experience in selling to the education sector. However, if you believe you have what it takes then please apply providing further details in your cover letter.
Location
This is a flexible hybrid role with our HQ in Marple, Cheshire.
