Due to company expansion we are now looking for a Programme Support Coordinator at our new site in Daventry
The main purpose of this role will be customer service, reception, facilities and canteen activities which will include:
- Meeting and greeting learners into the training centre
- Training-Co-Ordinator
- Provide refreshments and lunch to learners each day
- Book accommodation for learners
- Support the Programme Support department when required with general administration.
- Complete daily attendance registers
- Ensuring that the building facilities are all in working order at all times
Key competencies required for the role
- Demonstrable experience as an office assistant or relevant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail is essential to achieve the level of thoroughness and accuracy required
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management policy and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of managing customer and client expectations
- Excellent timekeeping, administrative and organisational skills are essential

- To keep colleagues well-informed with updates about Safeguarding and Prevent delivered through frequent 121’s, team meetings and hot topics.
- Confidentiality – we will only share private and sensitive information about a learner when it is in the best interests to do so, e.g. if there is a Safeguarding concern.
