The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) works with business, governments and finance to develop the leadership capabilities we need to accelerate sustainability solutions and build movements for impact. Our educational programmes are at the heart of this mission ¿ designed to empower and inspire individuals and organisations to understand and act on pressing issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, resource depletion and inequality.
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to help us shape and enhance our growing portfolio of online learning courses. Drawing on your experience of designing intuitive and interactive learning solutions, you will partner with CISL colleagues, external partners and our wide network of sustainability experts to create world-class learning experiences for business leaders from a wide range of industries. You will manage the design, development and review of digital learning content across multiple sustainability-related topics, guided by the ambition to keep our portfolio of popular online courses engaging, up-to-date and fully supporting learners to achieve the intended impact.
Key Skills And Experience
- Successful management of impact driven, commercially viable projects or programmes for a range of clients, including projects which involve multiple clients or stakeholders
- Experience of designing and delivering impactful education programmes or creating effective new propositions, products or services
- Experience in delivering presentations or briefing, creating powerful and engaging stories to influence and engage narrative to clients, partners and learners
- Experienced in line management and managing project teams
- It is desirable to have experience of working with e-learning platforms and other digital education delivery tools along with knowledge of major global issues, trends and players in the sustainability field that shape the context for business
