Due to substantial growth in the area, we are looking to recruit a Programme Leader, responsible for T Level Design Surveying and Planning, and Higher Education Construction programmes, to drive our continued success in providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience and the College’s passion for ensuring student success.
As an ambitious Lecturer, you will teach Further Education at Level 3 and Higher Education at undergraduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department, and supervise/assist with the supervision of undergraduate students. You will contribute to the on-going development of high-quality curriculum and develop, administer, and mark exams and other assessments relevant to the programmes.
As a Lecturer you will teach, relevant to subject specialism, up to 832 hours per year.
With a level 4 qualification (or higher) in a Construction related discipline and a PGCE or Certificate in Education, you will possess knowledge of current issues in Construction, Design, CAD and Sustainable Technologies. You will have experience of working within the Construction Industry at a design or project management level.
The salary for this post is £39,383 – £44,344
