You will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Team in ensuring our End Point Assessment internal and external customers are supported in the delivery of timely EPA with an excellent customer experience.
What will you be doing?
- Apprentice test invigilation QA – Review part of recording for apprentices taking tests to ensure all protocols are adhered to during test invigilation
- Support and resolve customer/staff enquiries via the ops support inbox
- Submit apprentices for ESFA certification
- Support with call overflow for call centre at busy times of the day (General queries/admin tasks)
- Liaise with invigilators to ensure recordings and test registers have been received
- Liaise with compliance regarding any issues experienced with reviewing test invigilation
- Liaise with assessment managers to process failed tests within the system
- Create any missing folders on sharepoint for apprentice test invigilation
- Contribute to Employee Forums and gather feedback for the Executive Team
- Receive monthly HR staff report and reconcile with EPAPro (i.e. update Starters & Leavers)
- Support with meeting room bookings and management of the meeting room diary
- Support with processing invoices in the system where required
- Ensuring personal and functional KPI’s are met
- Ensuring the data held for customers is up to date on all business systems
- Making recommendations for increased or improved functionality of business systems and processes
