Role: Operations Delivery Manager - Health and Social Care
Location: Remote based with occasional travel for 1:1s and team meetings
Salary: £50,000
As an Operations Delivery Manager, you will support Operations Director and Performance Director to lead the team to achieve operational metrics. Using our sophisticated reporting system - Power BI, you will analyse, interpret and forecast the data to inform decisions drive progress and monitor successful timely achievements of qualifications whilst setting the vision for outstanding teaching and learning meeting and exceeding agreed targets and objectives.
You will be responsible for the line management of colleagues including recruitment, training, and development of our newly appointed and established colleagues ensuring the retention of our high calibre, values driven and committed colleagues. You will inspire, motivate and engage your team with your unique edge and drive to ensure high performance across the team, challenging any performance issues to ensure the smooth running of daily operational activity, putting the learner journey the heart of everything you do.
Key aspects of this role include;
- Support the Operations Director and lead the expert delivery of sector-based qualifications
- To demonstrate a detailed understanding of sector regulatory requirements alongside technological and pedagogical learning needs
- Drive the successful delivery of all operational metrics and KPIs for sector ensuring revenue, QAR and EBITDA expectations are met
- Exceed personal and regional targets against budget through leading and motivating a high performing team
- Drive learner progression and timely achievement through impactful, consistent and effective delivery of outstanding teaching and learning
- Provide forward-thinking and innovative solutions for overall caseload management
- Facilitate and lead regular team communication meetings both remotely and in person
- Coach, mentor and develop your team
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerBI
