MIS Compliance Co-ordinator Location: Willenhall
Salary: NMW – £24,000 pa (depending on skills and experience)
Contract: Full Time / Permanent / 37.5 hrs per week

Compliance Co-ordinator based in our
Willenhall centre.

As a
Compliance Co-ordinator you will be required to maintain and update computerised details of all participants on ESFA funded programmes to the highest standards of accuracy. To ensure that all computerised and paper-based information on learners / participants for ESFA programmes provides an audit trail and statistical information as required either internally or by funding source. To ensure all learner files and records are fully compliant for external audit purposes. To provide management information reports as required by Senior Managers and the ESFA and if required SFA.
Key Responsibilities: - Process starts, achievements, amendments, leavers and progression evidence PIC’s timely and accurately
- Register learner for the relevant awarding bodies timely and accurately
- Process and distribute learners certificates timely.
- Ensure all learner files have sufficient evidence to demonstrate the correct use of any additional funding for learners with high needs.
- Support where required on external ESFA/LA funding and compliance audits ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Fully audit starts, in learning, reviews, achievements, leavers and progression evidence to ensure full assurance and compliance with ESFA funding rules. Notify MIS and the Compliance manager of non-compliance and any irregularities immediately
Requirements: - To have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Administration role.
- Minimum level 2 in Business Administration or 3 years’ experience.
- To be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in all written tasks.
- To be organised and able to prioritise workload
