We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Management Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team here at Campions and this role would suit someone who can partner well with others, can take opportunities and initiative driving innovative learning solutions to help enable a culture of learning, development, and engagement.
Role Overview:
Working as part of a high performing Learning & Development team, you’ll be responsible for the development and growth of our people through the design and delivery of digital and experiential learning and through our Campions Academy.
The initial focus will be with our mangers and aspiring managers and on creating an industry leading Management Development Experience. This will include creating inclusive and accessible career development opportunities through personalised learning and capability building development plans.
You’ll be working in partnership with Branch, Business Operations, Area and Regional Management Teams across all brands, to create various training, learning and development experiences to contribute to effective operations with the aim of driving continuous improvement.
You’ll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships, communicating regularly and effectively and you’ll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead and facilitate training sessions effectively.
Ideally from an Estate Agency background and/or have significant industry knowledge, you can demonstrate a creative and innovate approach to training, learning and development.
Initially, face to face delivery will be based in and around London this is expected to expand across the UK as we acquire businesses and expand our L&D Team too.
Experiences should include, and not limited to (with specific examples and impact):
Content Curation, Design & Delivery
- Designing and delivering a wide range of blended and engaging learning experiences (including digital, virtual and face to face), for technical and e.g., Onboarding/Induction, Management Development Programmes and behavioural capability building.
- Instructional design and deployment experience along with a working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms.
- Facilitation/leading focus or working groups to generate user driven content.
Development & Professional Qualifications
- Working with the various Apprenticeship Providers to manage and deploy industry specific and development focused Apprenticeships and maximise the Apprenticeship Levy.
- Acting as coach and mentor to business leaders as part of the wider move towards development through conversations.
- Working with internal and external partners/providers to provide digital, virtual and face to face learning experiences, inc. professional and industry qualifications.
Management Development Specialist
- Experienced in an ‘Academy’ approach to learning, development and career development for all colleague levels e.g. Early Careers through to Talent and Leadership Development.
- Being both performance consultant and Management Development expert in the design process to deliver learning experiences that solve business problems.
- Participate as a representative from the L&D Team for more complex business projects as and when required.
- Providing data, insights and reports on learning and development performance and impact with innovative solutions.
