As a Management Trainer & Assessor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing learners, ensuring they achieve their qualifications while contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the achievement of learners to meet individual learning plan targets within specified timeframes.
- Conduct regular monitoring reviews to assess learners' progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and managers.
- Develop and implement training plans, negotiate opportunities for delivery, and coordinate the overall training, learning, assessment, and verification process for your learners.
- Liaise with customers to establish recruitment and training needs, assisting with screening processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, clients, and colleagues to contribute to business development and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate learner records, including Section Tracking, MIS Database, Smart Assessor, learner reviews, and reports.
- Collaborate with examining bodies and the team, to ensure successful completion of apprenticeship programmes.
- Conduct quality audits to monitor the provision and maintain compliance with national standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with professional, lead, and awarding body standards, as well as new learning technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Practical Employment law and HR Knowledge.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet.
- Experience delivering professional qualification programmes (e.g., CMI, ILM).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Coordination of successful training and assessment activities in accordance with national standards.
- Understanding of safeguarding for young and vulnerable adults.
Desirable:
- A1 and V1 awards / TAQA Assessor qualification / D32/ D33 Assessor Qualification or equivalent
- Teacher training qualification.
- Relevant Management qualification.
- Practical hands-on Management Experience.
- Industry experience and knowledge of the current market Make UK Apprentice & Skills operates in.
