As a key member of the teaching faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching that meets or exceeds College standards, resulting in exceptional levels of student retention and achievement. This role also involves course management duties as required, contributing to the overall organizational requirements of the School and the College.Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking candidates who possess the following experience and qualifications:Teaching Qualification: Essential to be qualified or working towards a teaching qualification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching practice.Teaching Experience: Candidates should have substantial teaching or training experience in Maths up to GCSE, showcasing the ability to engage students and facilitate their learning effectively.Numeracy and Literacy Skills: Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications are essential, or a willingness to complete them, along with a good standard of general education.Knowledge and Understanding: A deep understanding of course structures, learning approaches, and assessment methods is crucial, enabling effective programme planning and delivery.Teaching Ability: Evidence of sustained high-quality teaching ability, graded at Level 1 or 2, is essential to ensure engaging and effective classroom experiences for students.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills are vital for interacting effectively with colleagues, students, parents, and external bodies.
