Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Learner Support Officer / Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing support to our trainers, assessors, learners and employers to ensure we are continually meeting compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Teaching takes place on sites in Birmingham and Ipswich so attendance on both these sites is mandatory when training is taking place, Work from home can be completed when not on site or options to work from our various offices - Nuneaton, Telford or Barnsley. Driving Licence and a Car is a requirement for this role also, willingness to travel and possibly stayover during training weeks.
Key roles and responsibilities.
· Learner Support throughout the learning journey
· Updating Eportfolio system at trainer/assessor request
· Completing learner reviews every 8 week
· Creating assessment plan templates to support progress and task setting
· Setting tasks and targets and ensuring learners meet the deadlines
· Scanning and uploading off the job logs, evidence / paperwork to LMS
· Monitoring caseload at risk learners and providing support to keep them engaged and on target
· Responsible for ensuring all learner and employer documentation meets compliance throughout the learner journey
· Inputting and maintaining learner management systems (LMS)
· Working to timescales and agreed deadlines
· Assist in course set up for learners and teachers
· Producing delivery materials
· Supporting the managers and company directors
Personal Organisation
· Maintain accurate records; compliant with funding agencies rules, ofsted and organisational guidelines
· Achieving agreed action plans and targets to ensure we meet contractual requirements

Essential Requirements (3x)
· Level 3 Qualification in Administration/Customer Services or
· Level 3 Qualification in Teaching, Assessing or Coaching
· Excellent IT Skills
· Confident communicator
· Organisation and time management skills
Preferred Requirements (2x)
· Experience with a training provider/educational provider
· 3 Years experience in an administrative or coaching/support role
· Experience within the AEC sector
· Driving Licence (must be able to travel and stay over)
