The Learning and Organisational Development (L and OD) department require an enthusiastic and motivated administrative assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will undertake a full range of administration duties to support the smooth running of the service. Duties will include pre and post course administration, data processing using our learner management systems and dealing with enquiries to the department.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient in MS office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. They must be able to work as part of a team and prioritise their workload around the needs of the L and OD department. Good oral and written communication and customer care skills are essential.
