Learning and Development Workday Systems Partner
As a Workday Systems Partner you will be involved in the implementation of new Workday products. You will be the key link with our stakeholder functions to ensure the learning modules within Workday are implemented and managed correctly and catered to target audiences.
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible, we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.
Salary: From £48,000
Reporting to: Learning & Development Manager
London docklands
Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
You will be responsible to build out a digital skill-based platform via Workday that shows internal competence in product knowledge as well as wider skills. This will tie directly into a workforce management system to ensure data accuracy and available resource.
Alongside this, you will ensure that the L&D team is fully trained for all relevant Workday elements and support our L&D Workday SMEs, including on testing the bi-annual release updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the optimisation of the Learning functional area within Workday
- Being the SME for the L&D function and the go to person within the team for Workday queries.
- Supporting the implementation of new Workday products, including Workday Journey
- Embedding skills across the platform
- Coordinating the bi-annual release L&D testing programme, liaising with our IT, product owners and HR/L&D SME Workday leads as required
- Creation and management of L&D business processes within workday.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in Transformation, Workforce Planning and IT, ensuring that Workday is configured and changed consistently across all functions.
- Developing and delivering training programmes for all colleagues
- Maximising the opportunities for using Workday reports
- Ensuring learning interventions are configured to reach target audiences
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the minimum criteria
Minimum Criteria
- Experience in using and developing Workday learning
- Developing and delivering guides and training for Workday or other HR systems
- Analysing all learning usage and interpreting data to then share back for CPO reports
- Experience of project management
Desirable Criteria
We would also like you to have the following skills:
- Experience within a learning and development function
- Demonstrable experience communicating effectively with senior leaders
