An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning, Education and Development Department for an enthusiastic individual to join the dynamic team that manages the Trust preceptorship programme and supports healthcare student placements.
They will provide administrative support to the Practice Based Learning Team and will be responsible for supporting the planning, organisation, and evaluation of the Trust preceptorship programme.
They will also support the management of healthcare student placements and will play a key role in the provision of quality placement experience to students.
Support effective communication by responding to telephone and email queries from students, staff and external partners, including universities.
Working collaboratively with the Practice Based Learning Team, the wider Learning, Education and Development department, staff within the Trust and external organisations.
Supporting the Practice Based Learning Team to organise and evaluate training activities for staff and healthcare students.
Overseeing and coordinating the enrolment of staff onto the preceptorship programme and the onboarding of healthcare students into the organisation.
