Learning & Development Partner - NATIONAL ROLE
In this role, you will support the Greene King Pubs division.
As a Learning & Development Partner you'll partner the Senior Learning & Development Partner. The purpose of the role is to Partner Operations and the People team and provide suitable earning solutions which will drive organisational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure best learning solutions are delivered.
As a seasoned Learning & Development professional, you will drive the Learning agenda in your region while working with and supporting the national Learning Team across Greene King Pubs.
The role will see you travelling nationally to support the Division This is a truly blended role of Consulting, Partnering, Design and Delivery - this role would suit a Creative, Innovative and Driven learning professional.

Job Description
Your role as a Learning Partner
- Drive capability through design and delivery of our divisional initiatives and through engaging the Operations and the People Team.
- Collaborating with the Learning & Development team and ensuring the creation of the best and learning solutions
- Responsible for partnering with your business unit function to ensure fit for purpose Learning interventions are provided to your customers
- Design and delivery of projects as agreed with Senior Learning Partner
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide a localised support function to your region
